Short Bio
Allison was born April 9, 1984 in Mansfield, Ohio. She earned her college degree in atmospheric science at the Ohio State University. Her first job as a weather forecaster was in 2008 for local WTVC-TV. Her career only rose since then. Chinchar is married to a fellow meteorologist Mike Bettes since 2012. They live together in Atlanta, Georgia.
