Finn Wolfhard Actor

Finn is a Canadian actor who is well known for his role as Mike Wheeler in Netflix's Stranger Things series. However, many do not know that he is also a great musician, model, and film director.

Body 

Finn is what you can call a “beautiful boy.” He is very tall 5'8" (173 cm) and handsome with a pointed nose, dark brown eyes, well-crafted lips, and thick curly hair. The actor also has a great jawline, a lean body, and great height to fit his standout body features.

His choice of outfits always fits his body structure, and it is no surprise that he is always featured by top fashion brands and magazines like GQ, Saint Laurent, and Vogue, amongst others.

Diet

According to Finn, he has a crappy diet and eats like a child who is four years old. He loves cooking Asian food like kimchi stew and Japanese hot pot, and enjoys drinking coffee. 

During Lent, he usually has sugary snacks like Skittles. And when he is on the set of Stranger Things, he loves having doughnuts together with Chicken wings.

Basically, he eats whatever he wants and drinks a lot of water to stay hydrated.

Over time, Finn's struggle with anxiety has affected his diet plan, making him either lose his appetite completely or be hungry and not be able to eat. 

Exercise

Finn doesn't really go to the gym or work out. He just stays active all the time, so that makes up for his lack of exercise.

Whenever he isn't acting, he is either dancing or performing. These activities help his body stay active at all times.

However, the Canadian actor revealed in his appearance on the Jimmy Fallon show that he will be required to do more athletic scenes in Season 5 of Stranger Things, so he has hired a personal trainer to help him get prepared and in shape.

Born in Canada on the December 23, 2002, Finn Michael Wolfhard is a multitalented individual.

He made his television debut at the age of 12, and it has been an upward trajectory ever since.

A few years after his debut, he was cast as Mike Wheeler, one of the main characters in the television series Stranger Things. He played the role so well that he won an award in just a year of its beginning.

Finn has gone on to star in several other movies and has won numerous prestigious awards. He has also directed several films and music videos.

In addition to his acting prowess, the Canadian is a rock musician with the band, The Aubreys. In 2025, He released his first studio album titled Happy Birthday.

Aside from singing and acting, Finn also models for top fashion brands and magazines like GQ, Saint Laurent, and Vaque, amongst others. He is also an advocate for autism and indigenous children.
