With the release of the Epstein files and their mind-blowing content, Jeffrey Epstein has been talked about a lot lately, even though he died years ago. The question that has been on many people’s lips is “Who was Epstein?” We hope to answer this question and provide even more information about him as this article progresses.

Body 

Epstein had quite a huge structure and was 6' (183 cm) tall. He had grey hair, which was his most distinctive feature. He also had a pointed nose and a nice smile that he didn’t show off very often.

Diet

Jeffrey Epstein’s diet was unusually strict yet inconsistent. Survivor accounts noted he adhered to “healthy” staples like tofu, salmon, chickpeas, and ginger and enforced similar restrictions on others around him.

However, files and emails also show he frequently consumed junk food, pasta, burgers, Twinkies, and Oreo ice cream, alongside large amounts of beef jerky and various takeout meals. His eating habits reflected both dietary discipline and indulgence.

Exercise

According to Epstein’s staff, he never liked following the conventional exercise methods. He loved sticking to unconventional exercise methods, especially stretching and dance sessions.

However, it was later discovered during his prosecution that his stretching and dance sessions were less about exercise and more about being an avenue to abuse young women.

Bio

Born on the January 20, 1953 and died on the August 10, 2019, Jeffrey Edward Epstein was a man of many hats when he was alive. He started as a mathematics teacher before his remarkable knowledge of Mathematics earned him a recommendation to work at Bear Stearns, an investment bank in the U.S.

Epstein built his way through the ranks and created his own financial management firm in 1988, and even had billionaire Leslie Wexner as his firm’s first client. Over time, he went on to provide financial and estate management services for more billionaires, and this helped him make a lot of money.

The American financier also went on to explore several other businesses, including funding the popular crypto venture, Coinbase. 

However, in 2005, there were reported allegations of Epstein sexually abusing minor girls in his home. This was his first criminal case, but it surely wasn’t his last. The cases kept piling up, from sexual abuse to alleged sex trafficking of mostly minor girls.

He was convicted for the first time in 2008, and he served prison time for 13 months. He was later arrested in 2019 for sex trafficking allegations, and he died while in custody.

In January 2026, millions of documents, emails and images from the Epstein files were released thanks to Donald Trump. Those files contained the emails, images, videos, investigative records, flight logs, and other materials connected to Jeffrey Epstein, the criminal cases that he is involved in with his friends, clients and political figures.
